Michelle Allison has been appointed as the Chief Executive of The EBP, the Lincoln based social enterprise with a mission to develop the skills of young people. Michelle will be heading up the 50-strong team when she joins the company in early January.
Michelle has a strong background working in leadership roles in charities and the third sector, most recently being a director of a national charity providing a range of education and care services for children and young people.
Lee Patterson, Chairman of The EBP commented, “We are delighted to welcome Michelle to The EBP. As an experienced senior leader in the industry, she has a wealth of knowledge and expertise to bring to the role of Chief Executive. There are exciting plans for The EBP in 2019 and with her clear commitment to improve the lives of young people we are sure that Michelle will lead The EBP to continued success.”
Michelle Allison added “We all have a duty to ensure that young people are prepared for the challenges that they will face in work and life. I am thrilled to be joining a team of people that works with the next generation to give them the skills, confidence and experience to thrive. It was important for me to join an organisation with a clear mission to create positive change and I know that in The EBP, I have found this.”Back to latest news
