Learning & Development Manager  

Permanent contract - salary £25,000 - £35,000
Based at The EBP’s Lincoln office

Are you an inspirational trainer with a passion for developing staff at all levels with experience of coaching managers?

As the Learning & Development Manager, you will develop and maintain systems and processes to ensure that learning needs are identified, that all learning is planned, implemented, evaluated and shared.

This post will work in conjunction with the Head of People Services and the wider Leadership Team to create a long-term strategic training and development plan.

Our ideal candidate will be of degree calibre and have five years’ experience in a similar role.

Head of Contracts 

Permanent contract - salary £45,000 - £50,000
Based at The EBP’s Lincoln office

Are you an inspirational leader with substantial experience of government contracts and contracting?

As the Head of Contracts, you will join the Chief Executive and four other members of the Leadership Team to lead a multi-million-pound business. You will also be at the forefront of political agendas in relation to young people, helping to position The EBP as a thought leader and influencer by generating policy, briefing papers and assessing external research, using your government knowledge.

The post holder will manage all procurement and contracting activities, maintain control of all suppliers and sub-contractors in line with company strategy targets and budgets.

Our ideal candidate will have substantial experience of project management, an understanding of government outsourcing methods and up to date political awareness. They will also have the ability to set and monitor KPIs whilst motivating teams to exceed business targets.

Business Growth Manager 

Permanent contract - salary in the region of £30,000
Based at The EBP’s Lincoln office

We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Business Growth Manager to ensure our continued success through the creation and implementation of a comprehensive growth strategy to cover all of our products and services.

The successful candidate will:

  • Ensure there is a clear five-year growth strategy, encompassing the strategic vision for The EBP’s brands.
  • Implement the growth strategy to a successful conclusion working with managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Work with the Head of Delivery to establish new products and contracts within The EBP’s reach.
  • Have overall accountability of the sales targets associated with The EBP’s five-year business plan. 
  • Work with the Chief Executive to lead the growth of the organisation using the social impact context and help the board and management team understand more clearly the social impact measurement beyond those already in place.
  • Oversee the direct and indirect management of The EBP’s Growth and Sales Team, including the Sales Manager and Call Centre staff, ensuring targets are met through comprehensive planning and preparation at all stages.
