Innovation Manager, National Citizen Service (NCS) 
Full time, Permanent - Competitive Salary
Based at The EBP’s Lincoln office

The NCS Innovation Manager is a unique and exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual with a passion for working within the youth sector. NCS is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for 15-17 year olds, helping them build skills for work and life, whilst taking on new challenges and meeting new friends.

As the NCS Innovation Manager you will need to create new content and challenge existing thinking in order to enhance existing and implement new processes. This post will be crucial in the design and delivery of the NCS programme for The EBP, ensuring that the NCS experience we provide is unique, dynamic and relevant to the young people that participate.

This post will be solution, budget and timescale focused, with the requirement to effectively manage change by utilising your own experiences in order to promote progressive thinking and improve both business outcome and end user experience.

The successful candidate will work alongside the delivery team to ensure the NCS Programme is in line with the NCS Ethos of Challenge, Inspiration, Social Action, Independence, Responsibility and Reflection.

Head of Delivery

Are you an inspirational leader with passion and energy for driving business success through operational management and people leadership?

As the Head of Delivery you will join a fast growing organisation with an ambitious management team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive, where you will be actively participating in the leadership of a multi-million pound business.

This post will have overall accountability for the delivery of products and services across three separate sites including line management responsibility for all delivery staff.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong and successful track record of managing organisational change without compromising operational output. They will also have the ability to set and monitor KPIs whilst motivating teams to exceed business targets.
