Lee Patterson joined The EBP as a Board Director in June 2004 and was elected as Chair of the Board in January 2006. He is the Managing Director of RHG Consult Ltd, a management and training consultancy based in Oakham. Lee is also a Director of Rutland Reclaim an architectural salvage and design company which recycles waste materials into 'one-off' designs. He enjoys keeping fit and has cycled 350 miles in 5 days across Death Valley, California and run in the London Marathon.
Neil Shears joined the board of The EBP as a Non-Executive Director in 2005. He has worked in the Hospitality industry for over 25 years and currently works for Hilton Worldwide as a General Manager at Hilton Watford. Neil has three children and in his spare time coaches youth football, he currently holds an FA level 1 coaching qualification.
Andy Hey joined The EBP board on the 12th September 2001. He's a Chartered Surveyor and Planning Consultant who's favoured pastimes are Test Cricket (watching, not playing), Luton Town FC (same again), gardening and spending time with his grandchildren.
Mel Holliday joined The EBP board in 2012 and is the Managing Director for the company Chiselwood Limited who are cabinet makers specialising in full room projects for individual clients. The business was founded in 1989 and now has 14 staff on the payroll. Chiselwood projects are mainly UK based but they have recently been working in Portugal and Barbados. Mel's main role within the business is staff management, accounts, payroll and office coordination of projects. In her spare time, Mel loves gardening, walking the dog, theatre, music and film.
Andrew Harwood has been working with The EBP since its formation in 2001, originally as a Director, and now as the Company Secretary. An accountant by profession, he is retired from full-time work but actively supports a number of Stamford charities and enjoys playing tennis and bridge. You're guaranteed a smile when Leicester Tigers are winning or the grandson is visiting.
